Pipa was a small fishing village until the 1970s. It was discovered by surfers and backpackers attracted by a set of natural attributes rarely found even on other Brazilian beaches: crystal clear waters, white sand, preservation areas of the Mata Atlantic, vertical cliffs 10 meters high and friendly local.

 

Daytime activities in Pipa can be as enjoyable as the evening. You can choose a quiet walk along the beach or take part in a boat trip at low tide. The winds from the Atlantic are ideal for parasailing and kitesurfing.

You can also ride a four wheel drive, an ATV or a stroller to explore the lagoons and sand dunes in the area. Pipa also offers extreme slopes for sand craft, natural snorkeling pools and mangrove plantations for kayaks at sunset.
